It has been known one of the most attractive holiday destination with its wine growing area, beautiful nature, olive and pine trees, “Blue flag” gravel beaches and crystal clear water. Punta Rata beach is very known in Brela. The apartment is located just 250 meters away from the center and the beach on the top of the hill.

The view from the terrace is breathtaking, offers relaxing place.
The other apartment’s door open to this terrace, but you own it alone.

The new, modern, fully equipped 28 m2 apartment offers fine holiday for the
young couples. It has one bedroom and another sofa bed for 1 child in the living room so it is suitable for young couple with small child or couples. The apartment has inner courtyard view.

Beach
The nearest beach is only 250m from the apartment. Sunbeds and parasol rental are available on the spot ( payable ). Punta Rata is beach is the best known beach in this region, 800m far away. The beach is mostly pebble.
