Villa is located in Premantura, a small picturesque village situated on the top southernmost tip of the Istrian peninsula just 11 km south of the city of Pula in Croatia. Premantura is well known about its natural beauty and cultural heritage. Only a five minute walk from the beautiful beach in Prematura, this brand new luxurious villa built in 2018 offers a magnificent panoramic sea view. Every single part of the villa was built to make you feel like home away from home.The villa contains four bedrooms, four luxury bathrooms, a sauna for detoxication, a high-quality modern fully fitted kitchen with a wine cooler, a large open-plan lounge and dining area with direct access via patio doors to the garden with the swimming pool and the barbecue area.

Apartment is just 50 meters from the sea and first beach, 60 meters from the bus station, 60 meters from the boat line, (summer time), and just 30 meters from the grocery store. You need 25 minutes to reach old town by foot…15 minutes by boat (summer time)…and just 5 minutes by bus. Airport is located 8km from Scalina and Split old town is 32km from us. In the summer season there is also boat line to Split. On Your request, together with our partners, we can organize any kind of transfers, excursions or boat trips…
