Groznjan is the town of artists.This medieval town is located near Novigrad, only 15km from the sea, on the top a hill. It became the town of artists, when they started to populate empty houses.
Today their performances and ideas make this town very popular educational place. Popular artists’ shows are held in the stone streets every day and become one great stage.
The town takes place for numerous galleries and workshops which exhibit their works.During the summer it opens summer academies for the young people.It hosts jazz festival from the end of July through the beginning of August.
